End User License Agreement
The license terms for the TopView Windows desktop package.
Effective date: July 23, 2026
License grant
Subject to these terms, TOPVIEW PTE. LTD. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to open and use the TopView desktop package on a compatible Windows computer for your internal creative work.
Restrictions
You may not sell, sublicense, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, repackage, or distribute the package or remove its notices. You may not use it to create unlawful content or to infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
Installation and removal
Use only the installation steps shown on the official download page. To remove the package, close the app and delete the extracted TopView application folder, together with any shortcut you created.
No bundled software
The desktop package is intended to contain TopView files only. If the downloaded archive contains unrelated software, unexpected browser extensions, or unexpected system changes, do not open it and contact support.
Termination
This license ends when you stop using the package or breach these terms. On termination, stop using the package and remove your local copies.
