The terms for using the TopView website, desktop package, and creative workflows.

Using TopView
TopView provides creative workflow previews, templates, product-video tools, learning content, and a Windows desktop package. You must use the website and package lawfully and follow the instructions shown on the download page.
Desktop package
The download page identifies the current package name, format, version, size, and installation steps. Review those details before opening the package. Do not open a package whose file name, size, or source does not match the information shown on the official download page.
The package is provided for the stated Windows workflow. Do not redistribute, repackage, bundle, or alter the package without written permission.
Creative content
You are responsible for the products, images, videos, references, prompts, voices, and other materials that you submit or use. You must have the rights and permissions needed for those materials and for the outputs you publish.
Third-party services and availability
Some workflows may depend on third-party models, storage, analytics, or delivery services. Availability, quotas, formats, and model behavior may change. We do not guarantee a particular output, delivery time, or campaign result.
